ATHLETES NEED A PROGRAM THAT IS BUILT FOR THEM
Every athlete is built different. To take your game to the next level, you need a program that is purpose built to your needs.
STEP ONE
UNDERSTANDING YOU, THE ATHLETE
Before we get started building your program. Your assigned coach will take the time to learn about you, your body and your athletic history. This process will include a thorough movement screening session, as well as a secondary planning and goal-setting session.
STEP TWO
ASSESS, DON'T GUESS!
Once we establish the goals of the program, it is now time to test! Your coach will create a testing protocol specific to your goals and circumstances. These tests are designed to provide you and your coach with an accurate representation of where you are at in regards to key physiological traits.
STEP THREE
DEVELOPING YOUR PROGRAM
Now, with all of the information we need, your coach will build a program specifically designed to your needs. The program will be ever-evolving, meaning that it will adapt to changes in circumstances and performance.
STEP FOUR
ON-GOING SUPPORT
This program is not a one-way street. Your coach is ready and willing to answer all of your health and performance questions. Within the TrainHeroic app (where your program lives), you will have direct message access to your coach. We find that the athletes who get the best results, often have the highest levels of communication.
