spring challenge - in-person

$599 $499 (USE CODE EARLYBIRD)

  • During this challenge you will complete a 12-week goal-specific program through the TrainHeroic app. Your training will be broken up into 4 × 3 micro training blocks to ensure that you continue to progress. The app will also allow you to log and track your progress across the 12-week program.

  • In your introduction session, your coach will set you up with individual nutrition targets and create an initial plan of attack. From here, your coach will provide additional updates in your weekly coaching call!

  • Every week you will have a 1:1, 15-minute coaching call. In this discussion you will go over your progress, discuss any changes (nutrition and training) and prepare for the upcoming week.

  • During this challenge you will have full access to our Somerville training facility. That includes 4am-10pm access and all of our in-person services!

  • Alongside your performance testing you will also have 4 Evolt body scans throughout your 12-week block. This will allow us to keep a close eye on key numbers such as body fat percentage and total muscle mass.

    *Body scans are only available at our Somerville facility. If you are unable to come in-person, progress will be measured with alternative methods.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Firstly - you are going to be tested. 12-weeks of consistent effort is never easy. That’s why we call it a challenge!

However, the greater the challenge, the greater the rewards. Embrace the work and you will be very happy with the results that you find on the other side!

requirements

TRAINING: As part of this challenge you will be expected to log your training in the TrainHeroic app - this is where your training program will live.

NUTRITION: We will be using the Easy Diet Diary app to log your weekly nutrition. At the end of each week you will go through your intake and discuss any changes in your coaching call.

COACHING CALL: Each week you will book in a coaching call at a time that suits you (Thur-Sun). These calls are aimed to keep you on track, navigate any potential challenges and improve your results. You will be required to book at least 10 calls across the 12-week block to be considered for the grand prizes!

PROGRESS TRACKING: Alongside your training and nutrition log, we will also be using the Evolt Bodyscanner every 4 weeks. This will help provide a deeper understanding of the physical changes that are taking place! These scans are conducted at our Somerville Facility.
