FEMALE ATHLETE
Our Female Athlete program is a 3-day strength and power program designed to fit within your sport-focused training structure.
This program is perfect for court, field and combat sport athletes.

The Female Strength program is a 4-day full body push-pull program. Sessions consist of 40-60 minutes of strength work, plus an optional cardio block to finish.
This program is for those looking to build muscle!
football (3-day)
Legacy Football is our long-running AFL-specific program. Our 3-day program works perfectly around a typical 2 x training, 1 x match football structure.
This program is perfect for the local or semi-professional footballer looking to level up their game.
LEGACY FOOTBALL (4-DAY)
A variation of our standard Football program, the 4-day option separates the week into 2 upper and 2 lower football-friendly sessions.
This option is for our footballers who want to develop a little extra muscle mass.
STRENGTH AND SIZE
Strength and Size is a 4-day strength and hypertrophy program. A fan favourite for a long time, we have seen fantastic results with this structure over the years.
Strength and Size is for those who want to get super strong and have the physique to match.
LEGACY ATHLETE
Legacy Athlete is for those who want to build every aspect of their athleticism. This program covers strength, power, speed and aerobic capacity.
The Athlete program is perfect for athlete off-seasons, combat athletes and those who just want to be a freak athlete for all occasions.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Strength and Conditioning combines 3 strength days with 2 circuit-based conditioning days and the option for extra aerobic work over the weekend.
This program is great for those looking to build their strength and endurance within a gym setting.

Similar to our Strength and Conditioning program, Strong Runner combines 3 strength sessions with 3 running sessions.
The strength work is focused on developing full-body strength, without negatively impacting the important running work.
